Hi and welcome to Rewilded Nutrition. I'm Rachel, a certified Naturopathic Nutritional therapist. Using simple wholefood nutrition can be the difference between night and day for your health, and I don't believe that it has to come at a high price.
The nutrition/wellness world is a minefield full of confusing and conflicting information. Many of us get sent on different supplement pathways only to find that it has gone out of fashion, replaced by something faddy and expensive. It's not always easy to navigate or understand the best path to take.

I aim to make nutrition and 'wellness' easy and affordable for people. We have become disconnected from our very foundation, one of connectedness to nature and planetary health. We are stressed out, living in a toxic environment and eating fake food. It doesn't have to be complicated and you don't have to go off-grid or drink water that has been through various processes (although I do recommend drinking properly filtered water if you can!) Through using wholefoods the way that nature intended and making some easy lifestyle switches that will rebalance your nervous system, I can help you regain your health and give you the tools to learn how to do it yourself.

Good nutrition is so much
more than just weight loss
The true power of wholefoods is so often underestimated. These days, the fast-food mindset has crept onto supermarket shelves, convincing us that quicker is better and that convenience should come before nourishment. We’re told that food that’s fast will give us more time for everything else yet, in the process, we’ve lost touch with something essential.
For me, there’s nothing more grounding than sitting with friends or family, sharing delicious, home-cooked food made with intention. It’s something to be valued, protected, and celebrated.

It's never just about the food. It’s about reconnecting with the people around us, with nature, and with the soil, animals, and hands that helped bring that food to our table. When we choose whole, real foods, we’re choosing to nourish ourselves on every level.

What many people don’t realise is just how profoundly nutrition can support our overall wellbeing. Thoughtful, wholefood-based eating can play a role in supporting metabolic and heart health, steady blood glucose, thyroid function, gut health, and even mental and emotional wellbeing. It can support people navigating ADHD or autism, balance hormones, ease the transition through menopause, and so much more. While supplements can be helpful when truly needed, I’ve always believed that the foundation of health begins with real food that are simple, natural, and deeply connected to the world around us.

When we return to wholefoods, we’re not just eating differently — we’re living differently. We’re giving our bodies what they were designed to thrive on and rediscovering the joy and connection that good food naturally brings.

Often the road back to optimal health can be a long journey that has to be taken slowly and mindfully. Taking the decision to get better takes time and commitment and I will be there to help you all the way.
Pay as you go 1-2-1

If you're just looking for some advice on how to change your diet and useful health hacks then a 1-2-1 'Pay as you go' consultation can be really handy. However, I do find that for the majority of people, one consultation is not enough and doesn't offer accountability or enough support for most people. I like to offer a 'pay-as-you go', because I know we are all different and sometimes find it hard to commit all at once and need the time and space to evaluate. In this consult, we will take a look back at your health history from birth to work out what tricks and tips would work best for you. This does not include any further emails or follow-ups unless mutually agreed in the consult.
3 Session Series
Over 3 months
If you feel like you need accountability and support then this is a great option. Diet and lifestyle are such personal issues and very often it's difficult to unstick old habits and initiate new ones.
Included in this three session series is three 1-2-1 consultations. One initial 90 minute, followed by two 45 minute sessions over a 12 week period.
